The general problem with Agile is that it is more focused on getting to the next base than on scoring.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Agile sucks - luckily it's now heading into it's death throes
but plank meetings ... a really good idea,
I've almost fallen off my seat in too many meetings,
maybe I'll forward this to health & safety.
... then again it's harder to drink coffee when lying down, and that really helps me sleep.

You're supposed to be standing in the stand-ups (although we do have one or two people in our team who sit down at the stand-ups).
Can you still call it a stand-up if you're doing a hand-stand? I've just had a great idea for the next fad..

The stupidest thing is I saw this yesterday on LinkedIn when there were literally thousands of people commenting on what a great idea this is.. probably managers/coaches/HR types, so expect this in your office soon!

"I accomplished nothing during the 7 hours after our lie down yesterday because I was too consumed thinking 'Holy elephant my back elephanting hurts' to concentrate on anything else. There were minor glimmers of recovery this morning, but the first part of this cluster elephant has already resulted in a >200% regression from the starting situation.
