This must be the influence of @Member-6430 (TX6430), but this week's SOTW is some melodic death metal (again).
Heard this song when Spotify decided to shuffle some random songs because my playlist ended.
Not much to say about it, despite their name they're from San Francisco, California, and they were founded in 2007.

Sigh ... the name looks indeed like a contradiction  , humans can be quite inventive/chaotic with giving names to things. I think that, when a concept is repeated many times, it is associated with some quality, so it even loses its contradictory meaning ... "What's in a name ..." comes to mind. Anyway, good point ... . Probably, some people found DM too harsh and so an attempt came I guess to soften the image by adding "melodic" in front of it ... Cheers

It is, I've even had a free trial account to watch A Certain Scientific Railgun/Accelerator, which had a few seasons on Netflix, but missed the final seasons 
Plenty of stuff on there that I still want to watch, maybe I'll reinstate my account.

It didn't seem to require an account to watch that one. Although I did not watch it there, so maybe it will only let me view a few episodes before cutting me off? Don't know.
With our tastes being so different, you might not like it. But I thoroughly enjoyed it.

A few day ago, I was having a go at BAs. Today it's coders.
We have a monitoring tool which sends out email alerts whenever our server resources reach certain thresholds. Sometimes they're meaningful and useful - and we can get something done about the issue. And sometimes they mean absolutely zero to us!
But, hey! At the bottom of every alert, there's an "Additional information" section. And, without exception, that always says: "This information has been generated by the XYZ Manager". Yep! That's it. Nothing else. Nada!
Designed by a coder?

I mean, it worked, didn't it, so there's nothing wrong with the coding!

Business Analyst: "Could you add an 'Additional information' section?"
Coder:  Does nothing.
Tester: "The BA said there should be an 'Additional information' section, so I've failed this"
Coder: <tr><td>Additional information</td></tr><tr><td>This is the additional information!</td></tr>
Tester: "Passed. Release it."

I would be thankful for such "crumbs." 
The first time I saw this, I would ask someone for details on who/what XYZManager is. Then, assuming there is some/one/group I could contact, I would send them a message suggesting improvements.
If there was no one who could change the code, or, I found out the code could not be changed, or, if my message was not responded to, then ...
If I were an underpaid, frustrated, micro-serf, and, raising hell would achieve nothing, I might write a post, like this one, on CodeProject
