Because of and due to the habit and tendency of both myself and I to repeatedly restate a point, purpose, topic and/or idea, we have concurred in agreement to accept and take on the proposal and recommendation suggestingly put forward as a punishingly punitive reprimand.

Thus there are two CCC clues for today.

If the official one is unsolved, then the winner of the bonus one will be declared winner and will be up tomorrow (since I will be unable to do tomorrow).
