If they mean they're going to stop fixing security holes after that point, well that's bad. XP may not be as nice as Windows 7 but it does the job so you can understand anyone without a limitless IT budget having reluctance to upgrade.

Who will notice? Microsoft hasn't provided support for a product since Windows 95. I remember that clearly, since my disk 13 was defective and wouldn't finish the installation. I called Microsoft, a person answered, and my problem was fixed. That's the last time that's happened.
