So far, everything from IIS 5 (Windows 2000) to IIS 8.5 (Windows Server 2012 R2 / Windows 8.1) supports ASP.NET v2.
You can even run ASP.NET 1.1 on IIS7 / 7.5[^] with a few tweaks, although it's not supported from IIS 8 (Windows Server 2012 / Windows 8).
