Okay, so you got me on semantics. However, when used in the reference of astronomy, I think the term celestial is quite acceptable. As for Aeschylus, getting hit in the head by a falling testudinidae is certainly an odd was to shove off one's mortal coil.

Had there been any, however, it would still not have counted as it is believed that the meteor exploded before hitting the ground and therefore technically was never a meteorite. All the damage was produced by the shockwave from the explosion.

Wait a minute! I just looked at the video on CNN and it says that the guy was killed by the explosion.
So it would seem he was not hit directly by the meteorite.

Only kidding. Don't forget that European bears tend to be a bit smaller and more docile than their American cousins though. Trained 'dancing bears' were common in England right up to the 19th Century and are still being exhibited in Spain today despite international condemnation.
