0. First of all, you can't assume it is a he, we can't assume gender in 2018. 
1. Secondly, it's a technical question, not a programming question. The user did not ask how to write code to prevent cross page posting or how to code to DO cross page posting. The OP simply asked what it was.
In fact, if the rest of you would READ the rules at the top, it clearly states "Technical discussions are encouraged"

0. I realized the gender faux pas after I posted but was too lazy to go back and edit it. Hoping it wouldn't offend the OP.
1. The question looked exactly like the typical QA question so I guess I mistook it for something that should have been posted in QA.

This is not a programming question, has nothing to do with religion and has no political content, the guy wants to know what it means.
It is a legitimate question in the Lounge.
It may be badly phrased and the OP should have searched for information but why bring religion and politics into your responses.
Besides I want to know as I am not a web developer and am too lazy to troll through the search results.

I'm talking about the dog!
My daughter wanted/got an akai Miki ii mini midi input device for Christmas, so I ended up sitting with her trying to up date the firmware as it just was having none of it. God their software is crap.
Anyway, the daughter had setup shop on the floor, as they do, so we were sat there and the dog had decided it wanted in on the action and proceeded to barge in and stand with front paws on the laptop keyboard.
It was like slow motion! She wandered in, paws connected, the screen displayed a whole bunch of artifacts, then went completely haywire, followed by a BSOD, but only a poor rendition of the sad face part on the top left.
Forced reboot, and I had visions of the laptop being dead, the motherboard being shorted out by the weight of a dog.
Fortunately it appears to have survived. Yes both the laptop and the dog!

Had a similar situation: sitting on the floor with the laptop, the newfie decided he wanted my attention and flopped down on the laptop. Snapped the screen right off.
