Well, it's not the WTC, so it should be ok.
It's right in the center of Utrecht though.
Anyway, they know now who did it and it's not a terrorist attack.
Still didn't catch the a**hole though.

It was supposed to be a retribution against a single targeted person, something to do with "honor" (whatever that means).
Unfortunately, some poor sods got caught up in the fire (which is to be expected in a full tram...)
So basically it's an incident and the shooter wasn't planning on making more, or as much as possible, victims.
I still hope they shoot the shooter, whatever they call it.

Looks like they have identified the shooter. I saw the information on Police's twitter page. On municipality page, they are asking everyone to stay inside.

Well that doesn't work. I can see the blue for the last one but the top three all look black to me, the red does not show. My eyes, not the post.
