I would not use paypal as a seller, I used it once and the buyer bought my software then, once I had delivered the key, paypal cancelled the transfer saying that it was fraudulent.

Nobody lives at that address.
A person will pass by and empty the mailbox from time to time.
The police will not bother to send a patrol to wait for hours, just to possibly "catch" a guy, who will then simply say that he was asked to empty the mailbox for a friend.

Rather, send them a message explaining that their info doesn’t check out, that you’re alerting PayPay and the appropriate authorities.
Finally, wash your hands of the experience and move on to the next buyer. Live a better life.

Hi All,
Heard a rumour on Friday about Edge being built on Chromium engine, OK, why I though Edge was M$ attempt to stay in the market for Web things like running HTML. Seems a little odd to me to use your major competitors tools to make your thing, I'm basically a hardware /embedded guy though...

Not a rumour: Microsoft’s Chromium Edge browser is now officially available to test - The Verge[^]
Edge did so badly when it first came out; hyped to the max on Tv and all that, it failed to deliver when people tried it and found it was quick only because it didn't actually do anything, pretty much. Not even ad blocking - it seemed to positively encourage them instead...
Market share of Edge? 4.8%[^] - even IE is higher at nearly double that, despite MS pleading for us to use it, and preinstalling it on a free operating system ...
Pretty much the only thing anyone did with Edge was download Chrome!
If you can't beat them - and MS clearly can't - join 'em. Saves a heap of expensive dev work that will just go down the toilet otherwise.

Its true.
MS completely rebuilt the Trident rendering engine, now called EdgeHTML, and still managed to come up with the worst HTML5 standards compliance, until later versions anyway.
