honestly, if i had one of those businesses, i'd run it from an icecream truck, and roll around neighborhoods blaring banda and watching all the *adults* chase after me.

I live in California and there tons of taco places around here. Sadly, the number that are really, really good is rather small. I love tacos and I am rather picky about them. I like both the Mexican style and American style tacos but only if they done right. Really good American style (hard shell) tacos are exceptionally difficult to find but I have managed to. Unfortunately they are a two-hour drive away but we go there at least once a month.
I try to have tacos twice per week. Two weeks ago I was fortunate enough to have them four times that one week. It was terrific!
I like a blasting hot salsa with tacos, preferably habanero based. Really good places make their own salsa but many don't. When they don't I bring my own. My current favorite is Trader Joe's Extra-Hot salsa made from ghost peppers and habaneros. It is really, really good.

i don't bother with american ones, and i agree with you about the trucks, you have to find the right one. It's part of the adventure.

Chris, I can't seem to whitelist CP on my Surface - I added CP to the uBlock whitelist, and applied changes, and the uBlock icon is greyed out, but I still don't see ads in the page headers. The same setup works fin in the desktop.
Any chance you've met this before?
