Per the immediately previous post[^] I have by way of contrast:
Yesterday I went into the yard to do some electrical work. The sun was shining as brightly as it can this time of year for this latitude (NYC area). I found it too warm and proceeded to work shirtless. Almost mid-January, too. Quite amazing.

But in reality, NY State supreme court ruled that where anyone can go go topless then everyone can go topless. &nbps; Helps me remember why it's good to live in a beach-resort-city.
