I have only recently become more active in the C++ community. Recognition comes to those who contribute exceedingly over a long period. There are many others who have contributed much more than me and who deserve to be awarded. For example, I thought Stuart Dootson[^] would become MVP for sure. You are correct about Jijo raj[^] in that he is very talented and helpful but perhaps it was our low post-count and lack of articles which worked against us. We will have much improving to do this year.
