I just wondering why my border around my nick turned yellow all of a sudden. After investigation, I see I have gone from bronze to gold in ONE month! Have I won a prize I do not know of?
Ooooh Gold [action] makes Homer sound [/action]
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, when you do criticize him, you'll be a mile away and have his shoes.

500+ messages gives you one point - The Bronze (you already had it as it's given free even before 500 msgs)
3 articles give you another point - Thus you become Silver
Thus your rating should be Silver. The Gold status seems to be a slight error which might get corrected soon!

Thats how I had it So in 200 more posts or 2 more articles that should be the case. Not that it matters, I just noticed it, I saw someone else say the same, a month or 2 back.
Cheers

Dunno, still trying to source the original place. My bet is Homer! Something in the back of my mind tells me that!

LOL thank god it was just you. I got an email in my inbox informing me that someone was trying to retrieve my password on a post. Thought it was those... Damn aren't there any more stereotypical evil doers I can blame anymore? Commies used to be in fashion, then it was Arab terrorists but that has gone down the toilet as being to sensitive a topic. What are we supposed to blame our troubles on damnit?

Are you also getting double notifications?

That is how it works. Basically if you "own" the board (wether it be an article you posted or this board) then you get a notification of EVERY message posted to that board, whether it is in reply to your message or not. You also get the notification of replies. Maybe Chris should one day change that, but it is no biggy.

This is fan mail, really. Your myDUmeter app code looks pretty solid, but you should consider using the other ping class. It's much cleaner, and you don't have to use the stupid namespace. You can get it at
