This Q&A post brought the issue to my attention: Trying to create an Article Book mark[^].
I checked it and every article I looked at no longer had the option to add a bookmark to it.
Is there something I've overlooked?

Above the license area in the upper right hand of the article do you no longer see the star icon with the green addition sign on it?

AFAIR, this goes 2 years back. Here: Cannot Bookmark Article...[^]
As I mentioned to Manfred, this was a change when the UI was revamped. (almost 2 years back... woooo!)

Hi newton.saber,
It looks like you've saved a draft of something you were working on, but not published it. Is the "new version of the currently published article" the one you wish to see live? (the article that is in "Draft" mode)

As a follow up to Sean, we're reworking some of the notices that appear on the articles to make it clearer, especially in the case of (auto-saved) Draft articles.

Thanks for looking into this. I noticed that the version info. changed again though I have done nothing. I'm just going to leave it in its current state until I understand that it needs to be changed.

I made sure that the checkbox 'Work in Progress - don't publish' was unchecked.
After submitting it, I see the article as 'Composing'. Further, I cannot update it using 'Update your article' at right top corner either. It goes into generic empty template.
Adding to all, I don't see this tip in my list so that I can access it from there. Luckily, I did not closed the submitted tip page and thus I was able to share the link.
Did I do something wrong? Would like to know.
Further, it is complete, can you push it up.

I do see it in my Tips list now, but the url takes me to 404 - Page Not Found error.
Further, the tip is listed as a child of another tip (as if an alternative!) - but this is least of a concern for now.
UPDATE: This is strange. I was unable to see the tip published in Firefox, even when I logout and log back in. But in IE, I was able to view it without login and then even able to edit it after login.
