Since he has posted other questions with better content I'd say we just report the question because a google search has only brought up http://devguide.org[^], a page for devotees of disabled women. Click on the devguide link if you are a devotee of disabled women and not on an office computer.

The down-voting demon is back in Quick Answers - virtually an entire page of grey links.
No comments as to why the question has been down voted either (again).

Are well-deserving questions being downvoted, or just poor questions? (My quick check seemed to suggest that there is a member methodically downvoting poor questions)

That's not a question. That's a very broad (and deep) topic. He's not asking for help to get started, he's not asking for help on a specific piece of code. He's not actually even specifying a language or data access pattern.
