OpenComm is now obsolete.
Use CreateFile instead as follows -
CreateFile(_T("\\\\.\\COM25"), GENERIC_READ, 0, NULL, OPEN_EXISTING, FILE_ATTRIBUTE_NORMAL, NULL);
