RAW, I regret to say that hypothesis is severely flawed. I have the wisdom of a piece of dust, the personality of a paper clip, and have been the source of revolting puns for more decades than I care to count. What are the requirements? what do you want to design ? only the graphics ? the gameplay ? ...
You need storyboarding features.
You need "assets" management.
You need a gameplay editor (with rules and stuff like that)
3D model should be done with 3rd party applications. (to be imported via the assert management module)
