With Radio 1 going to get the call centre staff through the "down" periods. Nick Grimshaw (whose main talent is to produce noise between the awful music)followed by Fearne Cotton (whose main talent is being mildly photogenic around 5 years ago) is not the best way to start your day.
One bloke eating breakfast would have been a welcome relief from that.

Ok so there are some small mercies around, I at least do not have to put up with tv/radio in the office, in the common areas they have a TV blaring 24/7, I know this as I sometimes come in at weird hours.
