RantNetwork troubleshooting on a Mac Pin
Indivara14-Jan-16 20:37
professionalIndivara14-Jan-16 20:37
It essentially consists of a wizard with the following instructions
  1. Are you connected to the network through a modem?
yes - restart it and press continue
no - continue to next step
  2. Are you connected through a router?
yes - restart it and press continue
no - continue to next step
  3. Are you connected through a switch, hub or any other network device?
yes - restart it and press continue, returns to this step if still disconnected from internet
no - unable to fix the problem
At each step, you are asked to refer to the device's manual if you don't know how to restart or configure it. So basically the fault is always someone else's. Oh the arrogance! Roll eyes |

(BTW, deleting and reconnecting the Wi-Fi connection fixed the problem)
