Just for the cert and let me explain that not all company is It inform example if you go be inhouse programmer interview and say latest stuff. they will not know as they are not it firm. They only recogize cert

I had been through many technical interviews, most had me writing code on a white board and answering technical questions either based on their current project they were hiring for or from a Microsoft study manual. This last job, I had put together a portfolio of personal projects I had worked on in the past, suggested by a friend, and it changed how the interview was conducted. The questions were more about how I program and how I approach a project rather than some random tech questions from a book. The interview went well and landed the job. I just went full time on June 29th.

Yeah, I wish more companies would do it that way - it's a MUCH better test of your skill set than your ability to balance a binary tree with a marker.

There may or may not be a developer shortage, but I do know there is a qualified manager shortage. The biggest shortage is that of qualified managers of managers.

Considering the amout of censorship practiced by Facebook on everything pro-american, every lawsuit against them for NOT having practiced their censorship in other scenarios is well earned.
