I was sure, but there seems to be something really odd happened.

I have reported the account following the author link on the bottom of the article ("About the Author").
That leaded me to an account with the user name "mandegar" created in 2004 (no link here to avoid being reported again). The article is closed meanwhile but the link is still there and is pointing to the wrong account.

The account name of the spammer is "mandegar113355". While that account is not closed you can have a look at the profile page:
There is like with all other pages an "@ user" link left of the red report flag. That link is also pointing to the account from 2004.

@sean-ewington:
You might remove my (and other reports) from user mandegar (ID 1518749). However, he seems to be not active.

I will post a message to Bugs & Suggestions.

It's just copy-pasted from somewhere and there's a "1" at the end. That's classic spam tactics. The second section looks like an analysis from a teacher after the assignment was completed. Tbh I'm not sure what's going on with that post.

Looks like a homework assignment. In my opinion, better to close and leave unanswered, but not to report as spam or spammer.
