Are there any news outlets left that publish news without a political or ideological bias or agenda? Any that don't suppress news or change it's content to make it more palatable?
Every news article could be considered fake news to some degree; my feeling is that this "fake news" crusade is more about giving the establishment powers to remove news that they don't want you to see.
I remember how much the media and government tried their best to cover up the New Year attacks in Cologne.. it took weeks for the news to actually surface across Europe.

I imagine it's very tempting to class "inconvenient news" as "fake news" to maintain power.
Now is it bad enough that you let somebody else kick your butts without you trying to do it to each other? Now if we're all talking about the same man, and I think we are... it appears he's got a rather growing collection of our bikes.

Every news article is biased because encyclopedia articles are boring to the average reader, but bias doesn't make it fake, in spite of what some claim. Fake would be publishing articles about things that didn't happen.

Twisting the news is just as bad as making news up - lying is lying, no matter how people may spin it.

Twisting and bias can be removed by reading several sources with different inclinations. The real problem is the excessive functional analphabetism of modern people (i.e. they are alphabetized in the sense that they can read and write but they cannot understand what they are reading or produce grammatically correct writing).

Agreed, but that's the point isn't it? What this really comes down to is that the mainstream news outlets publish what suits their agendas and they want to shut down anyone else who might interfere with that.
