The reason code project is closing is because discussion boards will become illegal in most countries as of next Friday. Something to do with governments not liking people being able to speak their mind or some nonsense.
So that means there won't be any discussions boards anywhere for us to move to... sad times

The annotations seem to divide opinion, there. I've not seen it myself so can't comment.
