I don't even use WPF. That's how much I hate it. Give me my working designer again, at least.

I saw your sig link and visited your site and read:

A State Machine is defined as a pattern that allows an object to change it's state as a result of an external stimulus. When the number of states is known and of a limited number it is called a Finite State Machine
That is probably the clearest and most concise explanation I have ever seen of state machine and finite state machine.  I really like to read clear writing -- it makes learning so much faster.

And, oh yeah, I'm building a dotnet core WebAPI that uses this very cool QRCoder library[^] to generate QR Codes from text the user supplies. That library is really great. Makes things easy.

Working on an Android app, installing a Kurzweil MicroPiano[^] (bought new in 1997 and used less than half a dozen times) in my home studio, and laundry. In that order.
I love the holidays! Have been going to bed at 5am, waking up at 11am and not showering till 4pm.

Celebrating Christmas again; yesterday with the parents and family, today with good friends. Lots of coffee, lots of food, and a few hours of talking and visiting old memories.

So did I; we don't do presents and there's no decoration in the house.
..but since everyone has holidays anyways it's a good moment to visit and share a meal. And tomorrow most festive food will be at a discount
