Hi All,
I am in the dog house this am as I was supposed to run a soak test on the bit of kit I am testing, the soak script I ran was out of date, (issues with GIT, not being a dev I can't get to the latest files) so I downloaded the latest I could get to and tried to run that. What I did not know was the latest corrects the fault which stops that version dead in its track. So I wasted time (I was off yesterday) so I went into the logs and saw a Watch Dog reset (from the day before, caused by the faulty script) messaged the PM caused havoc. Comes I should have looked at GIT (the bit which I can't see, also I didn't know existed) to make sure I use the latest.

How did you guess, however, a bit of prodding and poking and I have full GIT privledges... That will a fun conversation on Monday to have with git in charge GIT!!

It was a wild guess because we're dealing with the same policies here. Most recently there was a "problem" on a database server and we got asked what we'd like to do to fix it. Thing is, we don't have access to those servers because of security, even our DBA isn't allowed to have access to them. He has to write the scripts, send them to another team who will run said scripts and send back the results.

Joe Hishaishi - Kokoro no Kakera - Pieces of a Broken Heart (English Version)[^]
Last Christmas, I played the PS4 remaster of Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, a game that was developed with the help of Studio Ghibli (Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away...).
Next to a great visual style the game also featured music by Ghibli's house composer, Joe Hishaishi.
If you're familiar with the Ghibli movies, you know Joe is a master of his craft, so too for this game.
Especially the main theme is awesome and this is a version of that theme with (English) vocals.
I'm usually not fond of a high pitched boy voice, but it does fit the music.
There's also a Japanese and an instrumental version (the world map theme), but I just really like this one.
The game itself is awesome too, especially recommended if you like JRPGs and Pokemon

+1 for your mention of Ni No Kuni. It's an absolutely beautiful game and easily in my top 3 games for PS3.

2 is pretty good too, not as good as 1 but still worth playing.
Also, I forgot about the Netflix Ni No Kuni, haven't watched it yet so thanks for reminding me!

The Netflix Ni No Kuni isn't very good, or so I've heard.
I still want to see it, but not until I've played Ni No Kuni II.

Yeah I watched it over the weekend. Well, I started watching it and then about 15 mins in I turned the PS4 on and "half-watched" the rest (2 TVs next to each other)... it certainly didn't have the same charm as the games.
