Failed in loading Crystal Report using vb.net

Hi guys, ca you help me with my problem.
I'm having a hard time in loading my crystal report using vb.net here is my code.

I always get an error in this part

doc.Load("C:\MTS Individual Summary\prjMTS_IndividualSummary\prjMTS_IndividualSummary\rptCertificateOfEmployment.rpt")

Error:

The request could not be submitted for background processing

I already check the path and it is correct.

Thanks in advance!
