Modbus TCP server

Hi friends,
I need the Modbus TCP server which directly communicates with SCADA system. SCADA act as client and my application act as server and sends the data. It should work independently without the need of any other simulator.. I used many application but it needs Modbus simulator for communication..

please help me out...

This above link code is used for serial modbus not for tcp modbus.So plzzz try to give the exact link or code in which the modbus slave is created using tcp
