Making a form sticky to the top of an active accordion

I am trying to make a submit form that is in a column to the right force down (or up) to the top of an active Accordion.

So just as the form sits at the top of the first active accordion, I want it to that to any active accordion, regardless of it's position on the page.

Is there a way to do that?

What I have tried:

I tried making the form sticky outside of the accordion and that did not work.
