Problem while install SQL server 2017

hi
while install sql server 2017 on vmware windows 10 version 1809 64X , there is error:

R Install failed. Check /logfile "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\140\Setup Bootstrap\Log\20190305_232906\RSetup.log"

i'd appreciate it if anyone could help

What I have tried:

I didn't get any results.

So what would you like us to do?
I can come round and look at the log file - it even gives you the fullpath to it - to find out why, but I'd have to charge you for my flight, expenses, time, ... I'd strongly suggest that you read the error message, and look at the log file yourself to find out why.

And when you know why, you should either be able to fix it, or ask Microsoft technical support once you have that information.
