how to bind data to grid view boundfield

hello sir.
i have a grid view. i have some textboxes. when ever i enter data in the textboxes and press submit button. that textboxes data should be saved in database and displayed on gridview.
my doubt is i took boundfield in gridview. how can i display the gridview at first with having data. so how can i bind data to the boundfields.
if any body know plz help me.
