use multiple values in single cells in backend in vb.net

I have two columns. The backend is a ms access database.
For column A's single value I have many values of column B.

How can I prevent a redundancy of data in column B?
Can I use a combobox in ms access or any other thing?
I can not make two tables, because it is too large for this problem.
Can anyone help me?

What do you mean by "prevent redundancy"?? Explain what you it looks like now and what you're trying to get it to look like.

Do you mean you want the values in column B to be unique? You can set it as the primary key column.
