live video capturing & streaming

I am developing a website through which i can access webcam & stream live video to all clients that accesssing for e-learning system.
I embedded flash actionscript (swf)file so that i can capture video .It shows video in website but i cant store it and also how can i pass through network.
Is there any other technique to capture videos in website & stream it
