how to write stored procedure if parameters value is null

hi i have five parameters.
those are "address","jobterm","jobindu","minsal","maxsal".

if all of my parameters value are null or else some parameters are null or all parameters are not null or if any of one or more null then i retrieve data based on my search.

how can i write stored procedure for this.
