how to record a video from webcam in asp.net using c#

Here i am doing video capturing and recording in asp.net(c#) with help of silverlight. In this project i can capture video from web cam but i can not record and save to local disk as .avi format that video. I tried this in windows application all things are working perfectly. but asp.net recording is not working. am using silver 4. Therefor please help me to solve this problem. i checked all possible codes from google but i didnt get. Therefor please send me appropriate code or links.

I got the solution from you. but that is only for capturing. I want to record also. Is there any suitable links for that.
