Reason for my vote of one: Too lazy to use Google.

Try this:

C#
protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
                Page.RegisterStartupScript("starScript", "<script language=JavaScript>Message('Hello ');</script>");
                Page.ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock(this.GetType(), "test", "<script>alert('hi');</script>");
        }
