Embed SQL 2005 in setup

How can we create an installer in .net 2008 which installs sql 2005 automatically in single setup ?
I found an article in codeproject. Did exactly the same thing as written.
But when I run the setup it gives me error while registering certain files like xmlrw.dll, msxmlsql.dll.
Exact error is:

Module file path ../../msxmlsql.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024769. Contact your support personnel.

I checked the file, its already included in the setup.
Can anyone help me with this issue ?
