Please explain, how to implement electre method with c#, perhaps just pseudo-code
or something like that..

I mean just ELECTRE method not ELECTRE-TRI method, I know there's some ELECTRE method, but I mean is just ELECTRE, I hope you can help me, thx before, btw thx for your answer anyway
