hi every one.

present am working on VS 2008 and in my project am using
grids, ajax update pannel's, SSRS reports ,
combo boxes and dropdowns.

what all advantages in terms of performance new features i get when i moved to VS2010

Its not really about moving to VS2010. You need to check if you want to .Net 4.0.
VS2008 does not support .Net 4.0.
