Passing querystring using sitemap

Dear friends,

I have Issue with sitemap path,I have to send ID in "query string" using sitemap.
I it possible or if there is another way to do this.

Please help me

I have one more issue with Sitemap node.....

I have to add a sitemap node dynamically for a user control inside aspx page,i.e. whenever that user control is visible a extra node is added and vice versa.
