This simply means that your designed crystal report's width is as per Letter size paper. The width currently fits in one page but as soon you try to print in A4, the width exceeds and thus an extra page.

If you want to avoid this extra page, try to reduce the report design width such that it adjust in A4. Including margins and report data designed width, maximum 8.27 inches.

Welcome.
Problem is becouse of i made that report on paper size letter..
but, it is working fi9 when i set it to A4 and its margin upto 0.16

Solution:

Go to report
>> Right click
>> Go to Design
>> Click on Printer SetUp..
>> Select Paper Size to A4

Now, go to
>>page setup >> set its margin to 0.16

and now its working fine for me.

thanks

As an alternative you can also try selecting the Adjust Automatically checkbox.
