Impossible to answer, because you did't explain what do you store in the database. Everything is stored in 8-bit words called "bytes", in a way. For example, suppose you stored exact same bytes as in a .wav file format, then you would not need any algorithm. It means you store something else. What?

on the database I record voice (digital) input port parallel as a binary table to read this then you must turn this into wav. :/
so do you know any method to do that with c #?
