How to insert data from csv file to SQLCE

I am having a Mobile application which is offline (i.e database is either in .txt format or in .csv format), now I need to use SQLCE.

Now I need to import the data from .csv file which I get from client into SQLCE, how can I do this??

I am new to SQLCE.
