how to update boundfield data when template field get changed

Hi,

I am working in nested gridview.....here i have got one problem ....ie each parent row will have a child rows....parent rows one column is boundfield....whenever i add some value to the template field of the child rows immediately that boundfield value should change....how can i achieve this,using jquery or C#....

ex:boundfield value 50 which is binded from the database.....
itemtemplate field which i am inserting in the page 15,,,after entering 15,,,,,, the boundfield value 50 should change as 35,,ie it should minus it....


please help me....
