Error in Registration of the MSDEUI.DLL

Hii,

I have got error in reagistration of MSDEUI.DLL while installation of the VB application Software.
Error Message comes while installation of the VB Software.
"MSDEUI.dll was loaded but the dll register server entry point was not found."
Normally when I register the above said DLL with "Regsvr32" it gives the Error.

Please give me a solution for this error.

And how did you get this error? While installing which program. Please be more descriptive.

Need more details but you should check with whoever made the software you are trying to install.

in win visita or 7 please run command window as administrator
please check the 64 / 32 bit comparability of the dll with you OS ver
