How to take log history of any browser and save the http sites with Ipaddress of systems in LAN?

Try using a proxy for internet access. You can easily log not only browser history, but the internet access history of the machine.

And by analyzing an HTTP request you should be able to determine the browser types, if you want to. (Assuming someone would not forge fake HTTP requests to look like they're from a browser)
