C# XNA 4.0 Distributable environment

it has the code but i don't know how to load it or use it, but i want to be able to make kind of 2d distructable envierment, like worms open warfare, i was wondering if anyone can help me acheve this goal?

if possible I would also like
- Video tutorial
- code
- sconce code for the whole game
