JQPlot - customized tooltip on line series and calling events

I am using JQplot for drawing Slope & Flat Chart (line graph) for Bus Time Table. According to my requirement, apart from the data points I need my own customized tool tip on mouse over of line series, or can I know the event which is being called on mouse over any data series whether its a data points or not (line itself). So that I can call my own functions. Any solution would be appreciated...
