Getting "Message text of SMS" in asp.net rich text box.

I am developing web site in that I want to retrieve the messages of particular mobile to use it for the decision of winner.
Let me know any easy way to develop it in my asp.net web page but i don't have my GSM modem or any gateway service.

any help from smart mind will be appreciate.

Want Usb port to work as Com port for AT commands.
I worked to read sms but devise should be connect using serial cabel to com port. but now a days we are using Usb port so I want to make USB port as Com port or virtual com port.
