Why? All you will do is annoy users (like me) who do not use Firefox.
I would strongly suggest you don't do it, but if you must then it depends on the OS:
For Windows 7 you need to set the Registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\Associations\UrlAssociations\http

Thanks friends a lot for your answers and each have given your suggessions.OriginalGriff,why I needed this is,I have an icon in my website.I cant see in IE.If I am using the Firefox,I can View it kow.So only i needed it.
