using Credential Provider how to add my own mfc dialog at level zero

Hello,

how to add the mfc dialog at level zero using credential provider.

Like:
When i boot the system, initially a dialog should be displayed for entering the username and password and when i press enter button it should logon to the system.

Is it possible to do with the credential provider.

Is there any solution.
